我国现行养老保险制度存在的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Pension Insurance System at Present

社会养老保险制度是一项关系社会稳定与发展的重要制度,由于我国现行养老保险制度方面存在许多问题,没有养老金的积累、覆盖面窄、筹资渠道贫乏等问题日益严重;面对人口老年化、人事制度的全面改革,我国必须改变现有养老保险制度中存在的问题,完善养老保险制度。分析了我国养老保险制度存在的问题及形成原因,并提出了相应的解决对策。

Social pension insurance system is an important system,is related to stability and development of society.In order to perfect chinese pension insurance system,some problems that existed in the system should be solved,such as the deficiency of source of pension,narrow coverage and poorness of financing channel are becoming increasingly severe;it faces the reform of aging of population and personnel system.In the paper,the problems and causes of chinese pension insurance system were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
