摘要
农民素质将制约着中国新农村建设,新时期的新农民,是与新农村建设相适应的现代劳动者,新农民的素质构成,大致在5个层面上构成5类特质素质丛,即思想道德素质、文化技术素质、人格(心理)素质、经营管理素质、身体素质。
Peasant quality restricts new countryside construction in China,new peasants during new period are modern laborers suitable for new countryside construction,quality structure of new peasants was divided into five groups in five levels,including ideological and moral quality,cultural technology quality,psychological quality,management quality and physical quality.
