摘要
用单片机实现的电机控制系统中,通常需要用到电力电子器件。根据电力电子器件的特点,在电力电子器件的驱动电路中要求具有自动保护功能。本文具体介绍了防止器件损坏的过电流保护措施。
The power electronic device is usually used in a controlling system by the electric motor through SCM.According to the characteristic of the power electronic device,automatic protection is required in its drive circuit.This article introduces some measures of current overload protection.
