摘要
通过对五龙金矿含氰尾矿浆的直接处理发现,当尾矿浆中氰化物质量浓度在250~300mg/L时,要使尾矿浆中氰化物质量浓度达到最终充填要求的1mg/L,其最佳处理条件:次氯酸钙加入量为8.50kg/t尾矿浆,搅拌时间为5min,搅拌速度为300r/min,pH值为9;搅拌后,静置25min,测定氰化物质量浓度。经计算表明,直接对尾矿浆进行处理的减本较高,所以研究了在处理前加入洗涤步骤。试验考察了不同洗涤用水量和加药量,并结合经济效益分析得出:最终洗涤水量为250kg/t尾矿浆,加药量为0.29kg/t尾矿浆。这样,使含氰尾矿浆处理成本从直接处理的45.9元/t尾矿浆降至2.19元/t尾矿浆。
When the tailings slurry containing cyanide is directly disposed, it is revealed that if the concentration of cyanide is 250 - 300mg/L, the best processing conditions to meet the final requirements of 1 mg/L for back filling is that the calcium hypochlorite 8.50 kg / t (tailing), stirring time 5 min, stirring intensity 300 r/m, the original pH 9, stay time 25 minutes after stirring.
