摘要
金矿样品加工制备流程的选择会直接影响化验分析质量。采用原拟定的加工制备流程对样品进行加工制备测定后,分析结果合格率仅为70%;排除分析测定方法、样品缩分、加工制备损失率等影响因素后,通过岩矿鉴定等方法,确定该矿区样品中含有中粗粒级金。改进加工制备流程后,样品双份分析测定合格率达到90%,样品制备质量检查(内验)合格率达到95%,满足有关规范的要求,报出了能正确代表西涝口矿区原始样品金含量的分析测定结果。
The choice of gold ore sample preparation flow will directly influence the assay quality. With the former planned gold ore sample preparation flow, the qualified rate of assay result is only 70%. Denying the influence of assay determination method, sample division and preparation loss factor, it is revealed that there is particle gold in the samples. After improvement, the qualified rate of duplicate sample assay determination is 90% and the qualified rate of sample preparation quality is up to 95% , which meets the requirement of the standard. The assay results which can present the true grade of ore samples in Xilaokou ore field are achieved.
