固定资产信息化管理在供电企业的实践

Practice on Information Management for Fixed Assets in Power Supply Enterprises

以执行为主的地市级供电企业,合理合法地使用资产,及时准确地反映资产,促进国有资产保值增值,是经营者的首要任务。绍兴电力局以制度建设、流程规范为基础,以ERP为平台,通过系统整合和流程再造,实现固定资产投产、运行、报废的全过程管理,实现了账簿、卡片、实物实时联动,企业资产管理取得了实效。

It＇s the primary task for a power supply company to use its assets legally and reflect its assets conditions correctly so as to keep and increase the assets value. This paper introduces the practice of the information management on fixed assets in Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau. Based on new rules and regulations, by developing the ERP information platform, the management system in the company has been integrated and its procedures has been re-built which ensure management of the fixed assets during its life time from building, operation, maintenance till decommissioning, and keep the substance is consistent with accounting books, assets cards in real time, which lead the company achieves efficiency on assets management.
