The paper focuses on description of the conglomerated operation of human resources in GE group, Tokyo Electric Power Company and China National Petroleum Corporation with introduction of the basic experience in the conglomerated operation of human resources in large-scale advanced domestic and foreign enterprises. Based upon the actual conditions of the electric power enterprises in China, the paper puts forward some important revelations on how to optimize configuration of the human resources in electric power enterprises.
