摘要
本研究旨在确定幼建鲤最佳生长时的烟酸需要量和探索饲料中烟酸对幼建鲤生长、饲料利用率和消化能力的影响。选用平均体重(13.95±0.04)g幼建鲤900尾随机分为6组投喂不同烟酸水平的饲料(烟酸含量分别为11.30、14.87、24.90、35.33、44.59和59.66mg/kg),进行10周的饲养试验。结果表明,随着饲料中烟酸水平的提高,幼建鲤的增重率、特异生长率、饲料转化率以及蛋白质、脂肪和灰分的沉积效率显著增加(P<0.05),且烟酸含量≥24.90mg/kg的各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);同时,肝体指数、肝胰脏的蛋白质含量和肠道蛋白质含量显著上升(P<0.05),而肠体指数无显著差异(P>0.05);并且饲料中较高水平烟酸能够显著增强幼建鲤肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶、钠钾ATP酶和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶的活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,增加饲料中烟酸水平能够显著提高幼建鲤的生长、饲料利用率和肠道消化吸收酶活力;应用折线法确定出幼建鲤达最佳生长时烟酸需要量为31.12mg/kg饲料。
This experiment was conducted to estimate the dietary niacin requirement of juvenile Jian carp (cyprinus carpio var. Jian) and to determine the effects of dietary niacin on growth performance, feed efficiency and digestive ability of Jian carp. Six experimental diets containing different levels of niacin (with the levels of 11.30, 14.87, 24.90, 35.33, 44.59 and 59.66 mg/kg respectively) were fed to 900 fish with an average initial weight of (13.95± 0.04) g for 10 weeks. The results showed that: percent weight gain (PWG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE), protein production value (PPV), lipid production value (LPV) and ash production value (APV) were significantly improved in response to the increasing levels of dietary niacin up to 24.90 mg/kg diet and there was no significant difference among these groups. Hepatopancreas index (HSI), hepatopancreas protein concentrate and intestine protein concentrate were positively affected by dietary niacin. Intestine index (IS1) was not affected by dietary niacin. Trypsin, lipase, alkaline phosphatase (AKP), Na^+, K^+ -ATPase and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) activities in intestine were significantly improved in relation to dietary niacin level. In conclusion, dietary niacin significantly improved the growth performance, feed efficiency and enzyme activitics of intestine of Jian carp. The dietary niacin requirement of juvenile Jian carp estimated by broken line model was 31.12mg/kg dict.
