低能饲粮中添加不同酶制剂对肉鸭生长性能和养分回肠表观消化率的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Enzyme Preparations in Low ME Diets on the Performance and Ileal Apparent Digestibility of Nutrient in Ducks

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同酶制剂对低能饲粮条件下肉鸭生长性能和养分回肠表观消化率的影响。选取784只1日龄健康樱桃谷肉公鸭,共设7个处理,每个处理7个重复,每个重复16只鸭,试验分为前期(1~21d)和后期(22~42d)两个阶段。处理1饲喂正对照(PC)饲粮(ME:前期12.13MJ/kg,后期10.92MJ/kg),处理7饲喂低能的负对照(NC)基础饲粮(ME:前期11.76MJ/kg,后期10.59MJ/kg),处理2~6在NC基础上分别添加500mg/kg酶制剂A、200μL/kg酶制剂B、150μL/kg酶制剂C1、300μL/kg酶制剂C2、200μL/kg酶制剂D。试验基础饲粮为玉米-豆粕-菜粕-麦麸型饲粮,粉料,肉鸭为笼养。结果表明:(1)与正对照组相比,负对照组有降低肉鸭生产性能和养分回肠表观消化率的趋势(P>0.05);酶D组42d体重、后期和全期增重最高,与酶A组差异显著(P<0.05),与其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理的采食量无显著差异;前期料重比以酶B组最大,与酶D组差异极显著(P<0.01),与正对照组和酶C1组差异显著(P<0.05);后期料重比各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05);全期料重比以酶D组最小,与酶A、B、C2、负对照组差异显著(P<0.05);(2)与负对照相比,酶C1和酶D组显著提高粗蛋白回肠表观消化率(P<0.05)。由此可知,低能饲粮中添加200μL/kg酶D或150μL/kg酶C能够改善肉鸭的生长性能和回肠养分表观消化率;添加500mg/kg酶A、200μL/kg酶B或300μL/kg酶C对肉鸭生长性能和养分消化率均无改善作用。 Seven hundred and eighty-four 1-day-old Cherry Valley drakes were selected to study the effects of different enzyme preparations on the growth performance and ileal apparent digestibility of nutrient in low ME diets for ducks. Ducks were divided into 7 treatments with 7 replicates of 16 ducks each. The control groups were as follows: positive control (PC, ME: 0-21 d 12.13 MJ/kg, 22-42 d 10.92 MJ/kg); negative control (NC, ME: 0-21 d 11.76 MJ/kg, 22-42 d 10.59 MJ/kg). Other five treatments were separately NC with the addition enzyme A (500 mg/kg), or enzyme B (200 μL/kg), or enzyme C1 (150 μL/kg), or enzyme C2 (300 μL/kg), or enzyme D (200 μL/kg). The basal diet was corn-soybean meal-rapeseed meal-wheat bran diet. Ducks were fed in cage and free access to feed and water. The results were showed that the growth performance and ileal apparent digestibility of nutrient in the group NC tended to lower than those in the group PC (P〉0.05). The 42 d body weight, 22-42 d and 1-42 d average body gain in group enzyme D were highest and significantly higher than those of group enzyme A (P〈0.05). There was no signification difference in average feed intake among the groups. During 1-22 d, the feed to gain ratio (F/G) in group enzyme B was the highest and significantly higher than that of group enzyme D, C1 and PC (P〈0.05). While there was no significant difference among the groups during 22-42 d (P〉0.05). During 1-42 d, the F/G was the lowest in group enzyme D and significantly lower than that of group enzyme A, B, C2 and NC (P〈0.05). Compared with group NC, the ileal crude protein apparent digestibility was improved by the supplementation of enzyme C1 or D (P〈0.05). It was concluded that the supplementation of enzyme D or C1 in NC diets could improve the growth performance and ileal apparent digestibility of nutrient in ducks, while there was no significant effect with the supplementation of enzyme A, B, or C2.
