摘要
目的了解多重耐药大肠埃希菌(ECO)对复方新诺明耐药机制。方法采用PCR检测20株多重耐药ECO菌复方新诺明耐药基因(sul1,dfrA1,dfrA5,dfrA12,dfrA17)。结果sul1,dfrA1,dfrA12,dfrA17基因阳性率分别为90%(18/20),10%(2/20),5%(1/20),75%(15/20),未检出dfrA5基因。共有18株检出sul和/或dfrA基因(90%)。结论本组多重耐药ECO菌复方新诺明耐药与携带sul1,dfrA基因相关,复方新诺明耐药表型与基因型相符。
Objective:To investigate mechanisms of SMZco resistance in multi-drug-resistant strains of Escherlchia coil Methods The genes(sull,dfrAl,dfrA5,dfrA12 and dfrA17) of SMZco resistance were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results In 20 strains,sull,dfrAl,dfrA12,dfrA17-positive rate was 90% (18/20),10%(2/20),5%(1/20) and 75%(15/20) respectively. A total of 18 detection sul and /or dfrA gene(90%). Conclusion The SMZco resistance mechanisms of the ECO are sull and dfrA related. The SMZco resistance phenotype and genotype consistent.
