摘要
良好的人际关系对于大学生自我成长具有非常重要的作用。由于语言、风俗习惯等不同,许多少数民族大学生不能很好地处理人际交往关系,常常会因为交往失败而引发心理适应问题。本研究通过问卷调查,试图了解在校少数民族大学生人际关系与心理适应状况,从而为提高少数民族大学生人际交往素质,增强他们的心理适应能力提供依据。
Good interpersonal relations are important for college students. Because of the differences in languages and customs, minority college students display some problems in human relations. Hence, their psychological adaptations may fail. This paper studies such issues and proposes some ways for improvement.
