建筑抗震设防就是采用科学的方法,预防地震作用对建筑物的破坏,有效保护生命和财产安全。汶川地震伤亡惨重,再次引发了人们对各种建筑抗震性能的关注,结合震害情况,发表了看法,并提出了进一步加强建筑安全的建议。

The scientific methods are used in the fortification against earthquakes for buildings to prevent the buildings from destruction and ensure the safety for life and property effectively. The great casualty in Wen Chuan earthquake has drawn the concern of public once again for the earthquake-resistance capability of various constructions. In this paper, the opinion of writer himself for the earthquake is delivered and the suggestion of strengthening further construction safety is raised.
