基于总线方式的钻井模拟器设计

摘要 随着钻井技术的不断深入发展,对钻井技术人员的操作技能要求也越来越高。钻井模拟器的出现,为行业的培训考核提供了现代化的手段。钻井模拟器通过声、光、电模拟钻井现场设备完成各种钻井操作,以提高技术人员对钻井设备的认识,增强钻井操作规程的熟练程度。为提高钻井技术人员的操作技能,以RS485总线控制方式入手,结合钻井设备特点,设计了一种基于RS485总线和以太网总线构成的双总线控制系统。该总线控制系统将钻井模拟器各模块内部的数字量和模拟量集中采集和控制,模块与控制台之间通过以太网进行数据交换,这样就构成了双总线控制系统。该系统简化了电气结构部分,提高了钻井模拟器工作的稳定性。 With the development of drilling technology,the operational requirements for drilling technicians are becoming more and more demanding,However,the drilling simulator has provided a modern means to examine the professional training on drilling operation.This drilling simulator simulates the drilling field equipment through acoustic,optic,and electric means on which all kinds of drilling operations can be performed,thus to improve technicians' knowledge on drilling equipments and to help technicians get familiar with the drilling operation procedures.To improve the operational skills,starting from RS485 bus control and the features of drilling equipments,a double-bus control system is configured based on RS485 bus and Ethernet bus.This bus control system has centralized the information gathering and control of digital parameters and analog parameters inside each module,and the data transfer between the modules and control panel is completed through Ethernet,whereby a double bus control system is formed,controlling various modules' inner digital and analog volume of the drilling simulator centralized.This system has simplified the electric features,so the stability of the drilling simulator is improved.
