摘要
回收利用天然气处理装置中的余热来解决装置的生产伴热和房屋采暖可实现节能降耗。根据中国石油大港油田天然气公司天然气处理装置的特点建立的高温水源热泵技术,是一套服务于生产排污管线伴热和房屋采暖的实用技术。它与分子筛脱水技术相结合,形成了独特的高温水源热泵技术,成功地将天然气处理装置中压缩机出口天然气的热量加以回收,产生60~70℃的高温水,达到为装置的排污管线伴热和房屋采暖的目的,为天然气处理系统应用高温水源热泵提供了经验。
In order to realize the energy saving the exhaust heat from natural gas processing units can be recycled into use for heat association and house heating.According to the equipments in Natural Gas Processing Station of PetroChina Dagang Oilfield Company,the designers introduced the technology of high-temperature water-source heat pumps for practical use of the waste heat in house heating and pipe heating.Combined with molecular sieve dehydration,this peculiar technology successfully collects and recycles the exhaust heat from the compressors of natural gas processing device to produce water with the temperature as high as 60-70℃ for the purpose of house heating and pipe heating.This provides experiences for the application of high temperature water-source heat pumps in natural gas processing system
