印度尼西亚气体处理厂紧急关断系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 在对生产装置进行安全保护的设计过程中,需要对整个系统进行细致的因果分析,充分考虑可能引起故障的事件,合理采取关断及停车的措施,在保证装置运行安全可靠的基础上尽量减少紧急关断影响的范围,避免装置频繁的停车及开车操作。印度尼西亚气体处理厂设有一套仪表综合控制系统,由PCS、ESD和FGS系统三部分组成。其中PCS系统负责全厂的工艺流程监控,ESD系统完成安全保护和紧急停车,FGS可进行火气监测、报警及控制。全厂共设有1个一级关断,4个二级关断,32个三级关断,64个四级关断。从装置的运行状况来看,各级关断设置合理,保证了装置生产运行的安全可靠,紧急关断(ESD)系统的设计与配置体现了大型国际油气集输及气体加工处理工程对装置运行安全保护的要求与水平。 Engineers have to think highly first on the cause and effect analysis while designing on safe protection of manufacture equipments,with full consideration of all the factors resulting in potential accidents,taking reasonable measures on shut down and off-work,trying all means to avoid frequent on and off works of the devices and narrow the influence area resulted from the emergency shutdown.This paper introduces a set of integrated control system in the Indonesian Gas Processing Plant,which is made up by PCS(process control system),ESD(emergency shutdown)and FGS(Fire & Gas System).The PCS unit is for monitor and control of the whole flow process in the plant;the ESD unit is for protection security and emergency shutdown;and the FGS is for fire and gas monitor,alarm and control.In this plant there are four-level shutdowns,i.e.,one ESD-0,4 ESD-1s,32 PSDs,and 64 USDs.From the operation for years in this plant,these levels of shutdowns are well designed for safe works of all equipments,and especially the ESD unit represents the requirement and level of reliable operation works under safe control and protection in large-scale oil and gas gathering and transmission and gas processing engineering.
