摘要
国土资源部颁发的《DZ/T0217-2005石油天然气储量计算规范》列出了我国东部地区不同气藏埋藏深度下估算的工业气流标准,该标准是20世纪80年代按照东部地区平均价格和成本测算的,没有体现地域和地质条件的差异以及天然气价格的大幅变化,也没考虑含有非烃气体和凝析油的影响。为此,分析了产能建设及开采成本、气藏流体性质、储渗条件、气藏埋藏深度和天然气价格税收等因素对工业气流的影响,利用目前取得的投资、成本和税金等资料,根据投入产出平衡原理,给出了计算工业气流的细项分析模型和简化计算模型。以干气藏为例,根据目前各项参数情况测算了相应的工业气流,并进行了敏感性分析。通过研究可以看出,工业气流随着地质认识、技术进步和价格税收等因素的变化而变化。建议定期根据各类参数的变化调整工业气流标准。
The Regulation of Petroleum Reserves Estimation(DZ/T 0217-2005)published by the Ministry of Land and Resources,PRC,gives the estimation value of the industrial flow rate of exploration wells with different depths in the east regions of China.The values were referenced to a regulation of the 80s of last century without considering the contents of non-hydrocarbon gases and condensate oil,the differences among various regions and geological conditions.Moreover,the gas price has increased largely since then.Many factors influencing industrial flow rate of gas reservoir,such as production capability construction and development cost,fluid properties,reservoir conditions,depth,gas price and tax,are analyzed.Based on the principle of the balance of invests and delivers,two formulations,that is,a simplified formulation and a detailed analytic method are proposed.As an example,the industrial flow rates of a dry reservoir is studied and estimated,and the sensitivity to various parameters is analyzed.The new methods can be used to overcome the simplification of the old estimation regulation.It is shown that the industrial gas flow rate varies with the improvement of technology and knowledge of geologic parameters as well as tax and price policy,implying that it is necessary to adjust the estimation of the industrial gas flow rates regularly.
