油气田勘探生产信息管理系统及应用

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION AND ITS APPLICATION IN OIL AND GAS FIELDS

"油气田勘探生产信息系统"的建立就是使油气田勘探生产管理数字化、信息化、网络化,保证勘探生产信息能及时、全面、准确地反映勘探生产动态情况,满足生产管理需要,以提高勘探效率。该系统是基于B/S架构,利用Java、Jsp、XML等技术建立3层结构模式,实现系统的操作系统无关性、数据库无关性,实现数据录入、文件及图片上传、信息发布、网上查询浏览等多项功能;系统引入了"自由定制"这一概念,解决了各油气田生产实际的多样性、个性需求及企业发展的持续变革这个重点及难点的问题。也解决了各气田数据重复录入、资源共享性差这一问题,既能满足中国石化股份总公司对勘探生产管理信息管理的需求,又能满足下属各分公司以及油气田对勘探信息管理的需要,大大提高了勘探生产效率和管理水平。该系统已在中石化各油气田推广应用,在实践工作中得到了充分的验证,取得了良好的效果。

The Information Management System of Exploration and Production in Oil and Gas Fields will help operators have any dynamic information on exploration and production under full control in time,which can meet the requirement for the production to improve the exploration efficiency.Based on the B/S framework,this IMS is built up as 3-level structure by the techniques like Java,Jsp and XML,etc.with its OS(operating system)and database independent and multiple functions like data entry,files and pictures uploading,information release and online search and internet surfing.A concept of free-mode customizing is introduced into this IMS to solve such essential issues in oil and gas companies such as actual operation works on fields,special requirements in production and the sustainable development,help different fields share the information without the repeated entry works.This IMS will meet the need for not only the Head Office but also the filiales and their fields to manage well the exploration and production information so as to improve the management level and the working efficiency as well.Through actual working experiences on many oil and gas fields of SINOPEC,this IMS has been proved to be practical with favorable results.
