Economic Benefit Discussion of Negative Pressure Compact Spinning

分析负压式紧密纱的总附加成本和投资回收期。通过计算负压式紧密纺纺制18.2 tex、14.5 tex、9.7 tex、7.3 tex等品种的运行成本和总附加成本以及CJ 14.5 tex紧密纱的投资回收期,指出:紧密纱的吨纱总附加成本随着纱线线密度的增加而降低,且吸风电机电费消耗占运行成本的2/3;紧密纱实现优质优价是缩短投资回收期,获得较高投资回报的关键。

Overall added cost and investment recovery period of negative pressure compact spinning were analysed. Negative pressure compact spinning 18.2 tex, 14.5 tex ,9.7 tex and 7.3 tex yarn operational cost and overall added cost, investment recovery period in spinning CJ 14.5 tex compact yarn were calculated, It is pointed out that with yarn linear increases compact spinning yarn overall added cost per ton decreases and electricity cost of suction electromotor make up two-thirds of operational costs. Higher quality and higher price of compact yarn is the key of shortening investment recovery period and obtaining higher investment return.
