Quality Control Experiences of Rotor Spun Yarn

为提高转杯纱质量,对转杯纺质量控制的有关问题进行了分析和论述。指出:转杯纱的质量控制首先要严格掌握质量标准,要以满足客户要求为最终标准。转杯纱质量控制应贯穿于产品生产全过程。要合理使用纤维原料,前纺工艺加强除杂、除微尘,注意短绒含量,改善纤维分离度。应特别关注转杯、分梳辊、假捻盘、阻捻器等关键专件的选配并合理配置工艺。

To improve rotor spun yarn quality, problems related with rotor spun yarn quality control were analysed and discussed. It is pointed out that quality standards of rotor spun yarn should be controlled strictly at first and satisfying customer requirements should be the final standard. The quality control of rotor spun yam should be implemented in each producing process, raw material of fibre should be used rationally, impurity and dust extraction should be strengthened, short fibre content and fibre separation degree should be controlled well in fore-spinning processing, choosing and configuration of special element including rotor, combing roller, false-twister and navel et al should be noticed specially.
