浅谈织前设备状态维修管理

Discussion of Preparation Equipment State Maintenance and Management

为了全面推行状态维修、改善设备的运转状况,对织前准备设备实施了"包机制"管理。通过明确包机人员的工作职责,落实包机人员对所承包的机台进行维修保养,保障设备的完好率、生产效率、质量指标、安全生产,降低机物料消耗和坏车停台率,车间按照三级检查的要求考核落实,使设备维修人员的责任分工更加明确,减少了设备的过剩维修,减少了设备维修用工,提高了设备生产率。

To push state maintenance and improve equipment operation fully, management of fixing machine for certain person was implemented in preparation equipments. Equipments productivity could be improved, duty of equipment repairing person could be made more clearly, extra maintenance and repairing staff could be reduced after adopting the measures including clarifying contractor duty,implementing maintenances of contractor,guaranteeing equipment running, production efficiency, quality index, safe production, reducing material consumption and stop rate, ensuring workshop reach three grade inspection requirements.
