为了防止大电网与大机组在某环节发生故障，并由此而引发事故的扩大，指出了制造方面应保证大机组的技术条件。同时提出了大型机组在工程设计和生产运行方面应考虑的问题。

To prevent the faults in a certain respect from large networks and largegenerating sets,which leads to enlarged faults caused by ones mentined above,theguarantee of the technical conditions of the large generating sets in manufacturing ispointed out,and the problems concerned in engineering designs and operation areproposed, too.
