全国水土保持监测网络是为了及时准确地掌握我国水土流失状况和为国家生态建设宏观决策提供依据。在明确全国水土保持监测网络和信息系统建设的目标、任务、规模与工程建设管理模式的基础上,一期工程已竣工验收并投入全面运行,取得了显著成效。二期工程前期工作进展顺利也即将实施。针对一期工程存在的问题,二期工程将逐步完善,并加快数据库建设,构建水土保持业务应用服务和信息共享平台,全面完成全国水土保持监测网络和信息系统建设。

The aim of National monitoring network of soil and water conservation is to get accurate information on soil erosion and provide basis for ecological recovery and micro decision-making. Phase-I of the project has put into operation and achieved remarkable result, under the target, task, scale and construction and management mode of the project. Early-stage work of Phase-II has completed and is ready for implementation. During the construction of phase-lI, improvement is needed by considering the problem of phase-I. National monitoring network of soil and water conservation and establishment of information system shall be completed by creating data base, and platform for soil and water conservation service application and information sharing.
