摘要
利用0.1ms/line线阵图像传感器和数字信号处理器(DSP)实现了立式点钞机1200张/分运行速度下的纸币号码图像的同步识别。解决了DSP的有限存储空间与数字图像处理的大数据量之间的矛盾。阐述了整个系统与点钞机速度匹配的实现方法,以及DSP同时进行算法处理及全局控制的实现,给出识别结果通过USB主机控制器保存到U盘中的过程。该系统实现了人民币号码的动态采集,实时处理,便捷式存储。系统运行可靠,为解决金融安全问题提供了一种途径。
The bank paper number synchronous recognized in 1200-rate vertical mode cash-counting machine is realized by 0.1ms/line linear array image sensor and digital signal processor (DSP), and the limited memory of DSP storing large data of the digital image process problem is resolved. The realization of the whole system and cash-counting working at the same velocity, and DSP arithmetic disposing and controlling comes to all at the same time are expatiated. The process of the outcome saving in the flash memory disk by the USB host controller is presented. This system realizes the RMB number gathering dynamically, disposing in-phase, convenient storage. The system reliably runs providing a way to resolve the finance safety matter.
