摘要
临床带教是教学工作的重要环节,关系到医疗教学水平的提高和医学生人才素质培养,青年医师的临床带教能力的锻炼和培养影响整个教学工作进程。因此应从青年医师着手,将其培养成为具有良好医德医风、严谨临床思维、正规临床技能、教学认真的临床教师。
Clinical teaching is an important part of teaching which has a bearing on the level of medical teaching and the quality of personnel training. The clinical teaching ability of young physicians is related to the whole teaching process. So Young physicians should be a serious clinical teacher with good medical ethics, strict clinical thinking, formal clinical skills.
