Japanese General Trad ing Companies（GTCs） are commercial Transnational Corporations（TNCs） which have functions of trade,investment,finance,information,organizing and harmonizing.The development of economic globalization makes the GTCs’ operating of multifunction restrained and leads to ＂the crisis of GTCs＂.In order to respond to this crisis,Japanese GTCs through the conformity of multifunction,enormously extend the functional operation of scope and depth,thereby continuously keeping the competitive power in the field of circulation.
