摘要
随着我国上市公司的发展壮大,学者们对上市公司融资效率的研究也不断深入。本文就近几年发表的研究上市公司融资效率的一些文献进行检索和评述,关注点是上市公司融资效率的影响因素以及如何提高上市公司的融资效率。
With the fast development of China’s listed companies,the topic about their financing efficiency has drawn more and more attention among theorists in China.This paper is to search and study the published papers recent years on financing efficiency of listed companies,aims to study the factors that influence financing efficiency and find out how to improve the financing efficiency.
