大力发展农村住宅建设 推动新农村发展进程

Developing countryside residence construction and promoting new countryside developing process

改革开放以来,我国农村居民生活水平逐步提高,但我国农村房地产业的发展还面临着农民失地、土地浪费、市场混乱等诸多挑战。本文分析了发展农村住宅建设的重要意义,列举了目前农村住宅建设存在的问题,并提出了发展我国农村住宅建设的政策建议。

Since reform and opening up,domestic rural resident’s living standards have had a gradually improvement,but the development of domestic rural real estate industry is still confronted with landless peasants,land waste,and market confusion,and many other challenges.This paper analyses the important significance of development of rural housing construction,and lists the current issues in rural housing construction,and puts forward the policy recommendations for developing domestic rural housing construction.
