Towards China’s anti-subsidy present situation and China’s countermeasure policy

反补贴是WTO贸易救济措施之一。我国面临的反补贴风险加大。本文介绍补贴、反补贴及WTO相关规则;阐述对华反补贴的现状,解释被反补贴调查的原因,分析应对反补贴中存在的一些问题,提出应对建议。

Anti-Subsidy is the one of the trade remedies of World Trade Organization.China will face to more risk of anti-subsidy.There are three parts of this article.First introduces the regulations of subsidy and Anti-Subsidy of World Trade Organization.Second,it introduces the present Anti-Subsidy situation to China and explains why it is to be Countervailing Investigation of China.Third,it analyzes some problems of Anti-Subsidy to china and put forward our Counter measurements.
