摘要
企业公益捐赠是企业承担社会公益责任的一种重要方式,对促进我国公益事业的发展有着重要的意义,目前我国相关法律虽然已经从立法上鼓励企业从事公益捐赠,但当前的企业公益捐赠的法制环境尚不健全,须在立法和实践中进一步加以完善。
Business public contribution is an important way to undertake social public responsibility,which has significance for development of our public utilities.At present,our some law rules encourage the business to do public contribution,but legal system is not so perfect that it should be made further improvement.
