当今经济条件下对FDI在中国的思考

Thinking of FDI in China under present economic condition

在过去经济改革的30年里,中国急需资金和技术,FDI对中国经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但随着中国经济条件的改变,FDI对中国经济的影响作用慢慢在减弱,因此,在今后的FDI引进中不能继续按原来的方针政策,而要在环保、技术等方面给予准入的限制,从而提高进入我国的FDI质量。

During 30 years of economical reform,China needs capital and technology,inflow of FDI have played very important role in this period.However,with the changing of economical conditions,the role of FDI in China have become less important.Hence,we have to slightly shift our policies to FDI,and improve quality of the inflow FDI.
