摘要
在员工和企业之间,除了正式的聘任契约外,还存在着隐含的、非正式的、未公开说明的心理契约,它是联系企业和员工的心理纽带,是双方相互交换关系和责任的心理平台。本文介绍了心理契约的理论,分析了心理契约对激发和调动员工的积极性,增强企业的凝聚力,实现员工的个人奋斗目标与组织目标的有机统一所起的积极的推动作用。在此基础上提出了在人力资源管理中构建心理契约的途径。
In addition to formal contract of employment,hidden,informal and unopen psychology contract still exsits between stuff and enterprise.It is not only the psychology link of stuff and enterprise,but also psychology platform of exchange connection and responsibility with each other.This article introduces the theory of psychology contract and analyzes that it has pasitive influence on encouraging and arousing the enthusiasm of stuff,strengthening the cohesion of enterprise and realizing the unity of stuff’s own aim and organizational aim.On the basis of these,puts forward the way of constructing phychology contract in human resources management.
