摘要
石化企业内部的电力系统大多有热电联产的发电机组接入。当与外电网解列形成小电网孤网运行时,因为有频率下降的快慢以及跟外电网重新同步的问题,使得小电网迅速稳定频率并逐步恢复至正常频率遇到阻碍。通过对孤网频率变化过程进行定性和定量分析,得出孤网系统频率变化的几个重要结论,并提出控制措施,即按频率切除部分负荷以稳定孤网系统频率。
The petrochemical enterprise internal electrical power system mostly has the power set which the thermoelectricity pays proportional to production to turn on. When forms with the external power grid solution row the small electrical network orphaned net moves, because of the speed which as well as with the external power grid again same time's question, the frequency drops which causes the small electrical network rapid stabilized frequency and restores gradually to the normal frequency encounters the hindrance. Through to the orphaned net frequency shift process's qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, the orphaned net system frequency shift several important conclusions are obtained and the regulatory measures are proposed, that is according to frequency excising partial loads to get stable orphaned net system frequency.
