摘要
开关电源系统作为一非线性时变动态系统,建立数学模型指导其分析设计一直是一个难题。结合实际课题的具体要求,采用状态空间平均法和小信号模型建立了电镀槽非线性负载降压斩波电路的数学模型,给出了建模的详细过程和满足条件。基于电镀工艺需要,电源具有恒流调节的能力。应用此数学模型分析了PWM恒流源闭环系统的稳定性,并进行了系统校正,给出了实验结果和结论。
The switch electrical source system is a non-linear and time-variant dynamic system, and it is difficult to build math model that can be used to analyze and design the system. Under the consideration of real demand, a math model of plating bath non-linear load drop-voltage chopper circuit by state space average method is set up in the paper, and the detail modeling process and applicable condition are introduced. The plating technics require the electric source is constant current. By the math model, the stability of the PWM closed loop system is analyzed, and the correction of the system is done. The result and conclusion of the experiment is given in the paper.
