摘要
目前无功补偿主要集中在高、中压配电网,而低压配电网补偿较少,以致低压配电网的线损较大,降低了电网运行的经济效益和电压质量。分析比较了低压无功补偿的方式及应用,介绍了低压配电线路无功优化的经典模式"三分之二法则",论述了应用此法则实现最优配置的方法步骤,实际算例表明低压配电网无功补偿的效益显著。
The reactive power compensation amass use on HV and MV distribution network, but a little compensating on LV distribution network, the line loss of LV distribution network is higher, which reduce voltage quality and the economic benefits of power network. The paper analyzes and compares the modes and application of LV reactive power compensating, describes the typical pattern of reactive power optimization on I,V distribution lines, i.e. the rule of two thirds. The approach of using this rule to realize optimal configuration is expounded. Through case analysis, reactive power compensation on LV distribution network can bring prominent profits.
