摘要
采用无桥(Bridgeless)变换器作为功率因数校正(PFC)的主电路,取消了输入整流二极管,在开关导通过程中电流只流过两只开关管,有效地减小了导通过程中能量的消耗。作者基于充电泵功率因数校正变换器原理构造了有源浮充平台(Floating Charge Landing,FCL)电路,并将其应用于单相无桥型PFC变换器中,设计了带有源浮充平台的单相功率因数校正变换器。该变换器既保持了传统Boost型PFC变换器的优点,同时大大降低了输出电压,拓宽了PFC电路的应用范围,为后级DC/DC变换器的设计提供了便利。
A bridgeless PFC converter as the main circuit is presented, which is eliminating the diode bridge rectifier that may reduce the conduction loss by reducing the number of semiconductor components. Base on the charge pump PFC theory, the author constructs active floating charge landing (FCL) circuit and apply it to the bridgeless PFC converter. Besides the characteristics of traditional boost converter, it can decrease the amplitude of output voltage and extend the application range of PFC converter. The results of simulation prove the validity of the theoretical analysis.
