摘要
该文以上海世博重点工程西藏南路隧道为背景,采用3D FEM数值模拟、现场试验、实时监测等综合研究方法,对大型泥水盾构近距离下穿运营地铁施工过程合理施工参数选择与控制、扰动位移特点及其控制的关键技术与理论进行系统研究。结果显示:土体损失率存在位移控制最佳点,合理选择与调整注浆参数及施工参数可望实现良好的扰动位移控制效果。研究结果直接应用于指导西藏南路隧道施工,确保了工程安全、高效。
Taking the key project of South Xizang Road Tunnel in EXPO Shanghai as the back- ground,the article uses the comprehensive studying methods of 3D FEM value simulation,field test and real-time monitor to carry out the systematical study of the reasonable construction parameter selection and control,the disturbing displacement characteristic and its key control technique and theory in the course of the large-sized mud water shield underpassing the operated metro in the short distance.The result displays that the soil loss rate existing at the best displacement control point,and the reasonable selection and adjustment of pouring parameter and construction parameter can expect the realization of good disturbing displacement control effect.The study result was directly applied in indicating the construction of South Xizang Road Tunnel so as to ensure the engineering safety and high efficiency.
