Education plays an extremely important role in improving people＇s quality and developing science and technology and social productivity. Harmonious campus is the best place for educating. China is well -known for its etiquette and morality all over the world and teachers＇ professional ethic are of great influence. This article bases on the research on the current situation of teachers＇ professional ethic, analyzes the causes of the problems from the theory to practice and status quo, and provides ways and solutions to create harmonious campus and enhance t ＇ eachers professional ethic. It is of great importance to further the cultivation of talented and qualified people and improve the construction of teachers＇ professional ethic.
