穿水钢筋的闪光对焊研究

摘要 棒材强力穿水冷却装置生产的穿水钢筋闪光对焊后出现软化现象,改进UN-150闪光对焊机送进机构,变手动送进机构为液压送进机构,明显增强顶锻作用,并合理选择闪光对焊工艺参数。焊件断裂在母材且远离焊缝,对焊接头力学性能达到母材力学性能,高于普通Ⅲ级钢筋强度水平。 Abstract:Soften phenomenon lies in the flash butt welding of the water - cooling bars produced with a powerful water cooling installation. UN - 150 flash butt welder is improved in feeder stand drived by hydraulic pressure instead of hand, resulting with a nothal increase in upsetting effect, and select reasonably flash butt welding parameters. Fracture lies in the base material and is far away from the welding joint. Mechanical performance in the welding joint is equal to that of the base material and is higher than that of ordinary Ⅲ the level strength reinforcing bars.
