给出了一种等效载荷法，运用有限元分析软件对空心铍转子进行分析，得出在0．3～0．4MPa下加工的转子工作时圆度较好，从而为加工长球形空心铍转子提供依据。

The paper presents the method of equivalent load and analyzes hollow Be rotor of electrostatic suspended gyroscope with finite element software. It indicates that the roundness of the Working Rotor is better with Machining between 0. 3MPa and 0.4MPa. Consequently, it provides basis for machining long spherical hollow Be rotor.
