脑干听觉诱发电位在脑瘫患儿诊断中的意义

The Significance of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential in Diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy Children

目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在脑瘫患儿早期诊断中的作用。方法通过对97例脑瘫患儿BAEP检测结果的分析,了解BAEP检测在脑瘫儿早期诊断中的变化。结果BAEP正常19例(19.6%),异常78例(80.4%)。结论BAEP对脑瘫患儿的早期诊断,评估预后,指导治疗均有一定的临床意义。

Objective To discuss the effect of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） in cerebral palsy children. Methods The results of BAEP of 97 cases cerebral palsy children were analyzed,and understand the change of BAEP in early cerebral palsy children. Results BAEP was normal in 19 cases（ 19.6% ）,abnormal 78 cases（80.4%）. Conclusion BAEP has some clinical significance in realy diagnosis, estimating prognosis and directing treatment of cerebral palsy children.
