摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在妊娠晚期对筛查脐带绕颈及预测胎儿宫内窘迫及时行胎儿监护,为降低围产儿死亡率提供可靠的监测依据。方法对本院2006年1月～2008年1月期间门诊及住院待产孕妇1000例行彩色多普勒检测资料进行回顾性分析。结果脐带绕颈者占总受检人数的35.2%,彩超检测提示有脐带绕颈与产后证实其符合率达93.18%。结论彩超是目前筛查脐带绕颈最直观最有效的一种检测方法。
Objective To discuss the application of color doppler ultrasound in filtrating umbilical cord around neck and predicting the intrauterine distress to do the fetus monitoring and provide the evidence of decreasing the mortality. Methods 1000 cases stayed in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2008 were analysed retrospectively. Results Those who showed umbilical cord around neck accounted for 35.2%. The coincidence rate in detection with color doppler ultrasound and postpartum results was 93.18%. Conclusion So color doppler ultrasound is the most effective way in filtrating the umbilical cord around neck at present.
