摘要 目的探讨急性白血病骨髓血管新生与Bcl-2的关系,为白血病的治疗寻找新的治疗方法。方法查阅总结近20年来国内外相关文献,对血管新生与急性白血病的关系、Bcl-2与白血病的关系及VEGF与Bcl-2的关系进行综述。结果白血病细胞表达较高的VEGF,VEGF促使血管生成和内皮细胞增生,VEGF能上调Bcl-2的表达,Bcl-2在血管生成过程中高表达,白血病细胞与骨髓新生血管之间存在密切的关系。结论抑制Bcl-2的表达,控制骨髓血管生成,为今后白血病治疗打下基础。 Objective To explore the relationship between angiogenesis and Bcl-2 in acute leukemia in order to find a new therapy to acute leukemia. Methods Research and analyze the literature on angiogenesis and acute leukemia, Bcl-2 and leukemia and VEGF and Bcl-2 in the past 20 years. Results Acute leukemia cells express high level VEGF. VEGF improves the angiogenesis and endothelial cells growth. VEGF improves expression of Bcl-2,Bcl-2 make high expression on the process of angiogenesis. There is a close relationship between leukemia cells and angiogenesis in bone marrow. Conclusion Anti- Bcl-2 and anti- angiogenesis therapy provide fundment to treat leukemia.
