振源胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Angina Pectoris with Coronary Heart Disease by Using Zhenyuan Capsule

目的观察振源胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择冠心病心绞痛患者92例,随机分成两组。治疗组46例,加用振源胶囊治疗,对照组46例单用西医治疗,治疗28d为1个疗程,观察心绞痛症状及心电图ST段的变化。结果治疗组患者在心绞痛缓解的总有效率及减少心绞痛发作频率、缩短发作持续时间方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(u=3.26,P<0.01);心电图改善,治疗组也优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(u=2.58,P<0.01)。结论振源胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切并有良好的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment for coronary heart disease angina pectoris by using Zhenyuan capsule. Methods 92 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. Joined Zhenyuan capsule therapeutic group （n=46） and simplely routine Western medicine control group （n=46）. The changes of syndrome coronary disease and ST segment of ECG were observed after 28d for one course of treatment. Results The total effective rate,frequency of angina onset an duration in test group were better than those in control group. There was a statistics significant difference between two groups （u=3.26,P〈0.01）. The ECG changes in test group was alse better than that in contol group,there was statistics a significant difference between the two groups （u=2.58,P〈0.01）. Conclusion There might be accuracy effect in treatment of coronary heart disease angina with Zhenyuan capsule as its action and safety.
