双层螺旋CT多平面重建及三维重建在鼻部骨折诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨双层螺旋CTMPR重建及SSD-3D重建对鼻部骨折的诊断价值。方法对48例鼻部骨折的患者分别行CT轴扫并进行MPR、SSD-3D重建,比较三者对鼻部骨折的显示情况。结果轴位和MPR冠状位重建联合应用能完整清晰地显示细微的鼻骨骨折。SSD-3D图像在空间信息上具有优势,其空间表现清晰、直观、形象,但其只对较明显骨折敏感,而对细微骨折不敏感。结论轴位扫描是MPR和SSD-3D图像重建的基础,MPR和SSD-3D图像重建是轴位图像的有效补充,三者联合应用既可以保证对鼻骨骨折诊断的准确性,又可以为临床治疗及法医伤情鉴定提供可靠的科学依据,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the double-spiral CT MPR SSD-3D reconstruction and redevelopment of the diagnostic value of nasal fracture. Methods 48 cases with nasal fracture patients underwent axial CT scan and MPR, the SSD-3D reconstruction. compared the situation of nasal fracture among them. Results Axial and coronal MPR combined to complete reconstruction clearly shows that minor nasal bone fracture. SSD-3D images in space has great advantages in information,the performance space clear, intuitive,image,but only more obvious fracture sensitive,and is not sensitive to minor fractures. Conclusion The axial scan is based for MPR and SSD-3D image reconstruction, MPR and SSD-3D image reconstruction is effective axial images added that the combination of the three can guarantee the accuracy of diagnosis of nasal bone fracture can be for clinical treatment Forensic Identification of injury and provide a reliable scientific basis.
