我国营养强化面粉推广中存在问题及对策

Analysis of problems and countermeasures on the popularizing of nutrition fortified wheat flour in China

目前我国面粉工业正在推广营养强化面粉以改善公众营养健康。本文综述了营养强化面粉的发展现状,推广营养强化面粉存在的问题,并就解决问题提出建议,以期于实践中进一步探讨。

The flour milling industry in China is doing preparations for popularizing flour fortification to improve people＇ s health at present.The devoloping status of nutrition fortified wheat flour in our country was overviewed, and existing problems of nutrition fortified wheat flour were analyzed. Some opinions corcerning the problems to be solved in flour fortification so as to get it further studied in pratice.
