大蒜素预处理对内毒素致小鼠急性肺损伤的影响 被引量：1

摘要 研究表明，大蒜素通过调节内毒素（LPS）诱发的促炎因子与抗炎因子的失衡，产生一定的抗炎作用。LPS诱导急性肺损伤（ALI）的发病及其病理过程与机体炎性反应有关，大蒜素能否通过抗炎作用减轻肺损伤，有待进一步探讨。本研究拟评价大蒜素预处理对LPS致小鼠ALI的影响，为临床研究提供参考。
