Discussion on the Financial Management Problems and Countermeasures for Dongguan Private Enterprises

东莞50强民营企业财务管理状况的问卷调查表明:东莞50强民营企业财务管理中普遍存在财务管理理念陈旧、财务人员业务素质偏低、企业融资渠道狭窄、财务核算制度不健全等问题;应该通过转变经营管理观念、提高财务人员的整体素质\健全企业会计基础工作、拓宽融资渠道、完善企业内部会计控制等措施进行有效治理,以促进其持续健康发展。

The survey of financial management status for Dongguan top 50 enterprises revealed that there existed a lot of problems in the financial management like： outdated financial management idea, bad professional quality, limited financing channels, incomplete financial audit system. The paper proposed that the enterprises should solve these problems by changing the financial management understandings, improving the total quality of financial management staff, enlarging financing channels and perfecting the internal accounting audit, and therefore prompt its healthier development.
