基于AHP的自学考试助学组织评估指标体系及方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 高等教育法明确规定自学考试是一种教育制度,它是我国高等教育的组成部分。目前,自学考试的学业评价是以国家考试作为唯一的评价手段.虽然强化了学业评价的公平性。但却忽略了评价的客观性和科学性。所以。将学习过程考核与国家考试有机结合在一起的自学考试学业评价改革势在必行。鉴于自学考试的助学组织办学水平参差不齐。为了保证过程考核的有效性,就必须对已有助学单位进行评估,以便筛选出具备条件的单位参与过程考核。本文是针对北京自学考试办公室对助学组织的评估而展开的系列研究之一。核心是利用AHP层次分析方法。解决评估的关键因素指标体系的权重估值问题,从而,使得对学校的评估结论更具相对客观性和科学性。 Higher Education Act stipulated explicitly self-taught examination is one kind of higher education system, it is an part of China's higher education. At present, self-taught examination takes the only appraisal method by the national examination, although it strengthens the equality of evaluation, then it weakens the objectivity and scientificness. Therefore, we must conduct reform for self-taught examinations test of learning process's and the national examination organically will unify in together. Self-taught examination schools' level is in irregular. In order to guarantee the validity of the learning process test, we must by assessment those schools focus on the aims of filtering the qualified units participating in the process test. This thesis is the research of Beijing office of self-taught examination's school assessment. The topic is to uses the AHP analytic hierarchy method, which is focused on solving the key factor in the assessment index system valuation issues. Thus, it has solved the relative objectivity and the scientificness in school's assessment.
