摘要
以三通连接盘为例,针对细长盲孔式型芯不能两端固定问题,通过采用凸凹锥台配合,使型芯一端得以固定,解决了型芯在成型过程中的定位问题。
In design of an injection mould for a TEE coupling flange, the fixing of the two ends of slim blind hole cores was found difficult. The adoption of fitted convex and concave frustum kept one end of the cores in place and the positioning problem of cores during the forming process was thus resolved.
