摘要
为了探讨膜胶粒电荷效应对动态膜性能的影响,设计了以水合氧化铁、和壳聚糖之间的二元组合,并通过调节pH,在陶瓷基质膜上通过错流过滤制备预涂动态膜,同时考察其对直接大红染料废水的脱色效果。试验表明:可通过选择不同组合和控制pH实现面向过程的动态膜设计。当成膜pH为5.5,Δζ=0.9mV时,综合脱色效果最佳。
In order to research the influence of potential on property of dynamic membrane, FeO(OH) and chitosan were assembled at suitable pH value and were cross-flow filtrated on ceramic membrane to prepare pre-coated dynamic membranes. The results showed that process-oriented dynamic membranes can be obtained by choosing membrane materials and changing pH value. It suggested that: when pH=5.5, △ζ=0.9 mV, comprehensive color re- moval ability is the best.
